Speeding

With the increase of speed cameras on the road, more drivers are being caught speeding. The penalty for speeding is a minimum of 3 points but conviction can result in a driving ban and a fine of up to £1,000. There is also the risk of disqualification for ‘totting up’ 12 penalty points.

We are able to provide representation at court and in some cases, the police evidence may be wrong and can therefore be challenged.
